Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping: Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and ship your order unless stated otherwise. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on order weight. Shipping time will begin after your order is shipped from our facility. 

All orders are shipped with USPS First Class. After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you. Once your order is shipped, we release all liability for any damaged or lost packages. 

First-Class Mail® is an affordable mail service for standard-sized, single-piece envelopes weighing up to 3.5 oz and large envelopes and small packages weighing up to 13 oz with delivery in 3 business days or less.*

*Delivery times are approximates only and do not include our processing time. In rare cases standard US shipping can take up to 2 weeks and international up to 40 business days. Holiday season delivery times may be longer than usual. Please allow the estimated delivery time to pass before contacting us.

Changes to your order: If you need to make any shipping address changes to your order, please email us immediately at jewelluxurylashes@gmail.com Changes can only be made before shipping label has been printed.

Does Jewel Luxury Lashes ship internationally? We currently ship anywhere within the 50 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. 

Can I buy my products in-store? Currently, our products are only available online or in-store at the following locations:
